What the audit covers

Five scored areas, a top-five priority list, and a roadmap. No 80-page PDF of screenshots.

Technical SEO

Crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals on your top pages, schema check, broken links and redirect chains.

On-page SEO, up to 20 pages

Titles, descriptions, heading structure, internal linking and image handling, with a rewrite table you can hand to whoever edits your site.

Local SEO, up to 2 locations

Google Business Profile, name-address-phone consistency across 20 citation sources, review profile, and location page quality.

Competitor analysis, up to 7 competitors

Who you are really up against in your market, what they do well, and where the gap you can own is.

Content gap and AI visibility

What you are missing versus competitors, and whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overview mention you when someone asks for your service in your area.

90-day roadmap

Every finding sorted into 30, 60 and 90-day buckets and rated by impact and effort, with an owner for each item.

Keyword workbook

A spreadsheet of the searches that matter for each service you offer, with volume and difficulty.

45-minute guidance call

We walk through the scorecard and the top five priorities together. This is the part people say was worth the fee on its own.

How it works

  1. 1

    Intake

A short form: your URL, service area, services, competitors you know of, and access to Analytics, Search Console and your Business Profile if you have them.

  2. 2

    Research and write-up

We crawl the site, pull speed data, review your profile and citations, run competitor and AI visibility checks, and write the audit.

  3. 3

    Guidance call

You get the document and the workbook before the call, then 45 minutes to go through it and ask anything.

One-time fee

$500

Start the $1,850 Local SEO Foundation project within 30 days and the full audit fee is credited toward it.

Website audit questions

How long does the website audit take?

About two weeks from intake to the guidance call. The research and write-up is roughly five hours of focused work, and the timeline mostly depends on how quickly access is granted.

Is this a technical SEO audit or a marketing audit?

Both, deliberately. The technical section catches the things that stop Google from indexing or trusting your site. The on-page, local, competitor and content sections are about whether the site actually wins customers. Most audits do one or the other.

Do you fix what you find?

Not as part of the audit. It is a written plan and a call, priced so you can hand the roadmap to your own developer or to us. If you want us to execute it, the $1,850 Local SEO Foundation project covers the first 30 to 60 days of the roadmap, and the $500 audit fee is credited toward it if you start within 30 days.

Who is the audit not right for?

Businesses with more than two locations, e-commerce catalogs with thousands of products, or anyone who wants a backlink audit. Those need a bigger engagement, and we will say so on the intake call rather than sell you the wrong thing.
